Egg Pakkavada/ Egg Baji

   Egg Pakkavada/ Egg Baji is one of the easiest and tastiest recipe....It is a one of the nice snack. You can prepare it with masala stuffing or not. Here i am preparing egg baji in a simple version. Let's see how we can prepare it....

Ingredients
  1. Eggs – 4
  2. Gram flour (Kadala mavu) – 100 gram
  3. Oil – to fry
  4. Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Asafoetida powder-1/4 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt
  8. Garlic – 2 nos.
  9. Curry Leaves.
  10. Green Chilly – 2 nos.
  11. Baking soda- ¼ tsp.
  12. Water – As reqd
Method of Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs, slice into half pieces.
  2. Take gram flour in a bowl,  to this add chiili powder, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder,  garlic, curry leaves, green chilly, 1 tsp. of oil and salt.
  3. Grind it well and make a liquid paste. Now our batter is ready
  4. Dip the slices of egg in the batter and coat it well. 
  5. Heat oil in a pan. transfer the eggs in to hot oil.
  6. Deep fry both sides until it become brown colour.
  7. Now our egg baji/ pakkavada are ready to serve. Serve Hot…..
