Ingredients:
1. For batter for pan cake:
  • All purpose flour – 1 cup.
  • Egg –  2 nos.
  • Cornflour - 2 tbspn.
  • Salt – to taste
  • Milk – 1 cup.
  • Water –  as needed. 
2. For the filling chicken masala:

  • Chicken – 1 cup.
  • Onion – 1 cup chopped.
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp.
  • Garlic paste – 1 tsp.
  • Green chili – 3 -  nos. finely chopped.
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp.
  • Chilly powder – 1 ½ tsp.
  • Garam Masala powder – ½ tsp.
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
  • Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
  • Curry Leaves  Finely Chopped.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Bread crumps – 1 cup.

Method of Preparation:

1. To make chicken masala / fillings.
  • Cook chicken by adding 1 /2 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and enough salt.
  • Shred it and keep it aside. 
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies and some salt. Saute it well until the onion becomes transparent.
  • Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Saute a while.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to this, mix well with masala. Sprinkle some coriander leaves, mix well and switch of the flame.

2. To make batter and pancake:
  • Take all purpose flour in a large bowl. Add corn flour, enough amount of salt and two eggs. Mix well. Pour milk and needed amount of water to this, make it to a smooth and medium consistency batter.
  • Heat a small non stick pan, pour one small ladle of batter to it and spread evenly in the pan to get circle shape. Remove the pancake from the pan when it done.
3. Assembling and  final processes: 
  • Take a pancake, put 1 tbspn. of filling to it’s one corner and fold it, shake it like rolls....as shown in the picture....

  •  Repeat the process till all the rolls are done.
  • Take 2 egg’s white portion, add some salt, mix well and keep it aside.
  • Spread bread crumps in a plate.
  • Dip the prepared rolls in the egg white and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Repeat this process until all done.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until it becomes crispy and golden brown color. Fry it on a  medium heat till golden brown.
  • Transfer it to kitchen tissue. 
  • Serve hot with tomato and chilly sauce. Enjoy!!!

  2. Certainly an informative post! These Chicken spring rolls look delicious! A few days back, I tried the one I found on PNT site. It came out amazing! Today I will try your recipe of chicken rolls. Will update about who win!
