Vegetable bread roll sandwich
  Vegetable sandwich is the most common type of sandwich in India. It consists of vegetable filling between two slices of bread. The most commonly used vegetables for this sandwich are the tomato, carrots, cabbage, cucumber and the potato, you can also use beetroot and onion. Let’s see how we can prepare it….

Ingredients
  1. Bread roll – 1.
  2. Lettuce – 1 leaf.
  3. Carrot – ¼ cup, Julienne strips.
  4. Cabbage – ¼ cup, Julienne strips.
  5. Tomato – ¼ cup.
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  7. Pepper powder – ½ tsp.
  8. salt to taste
  9. Chilly and tomato sauce – ½ - 1 tsp.
  10. Mayonnaise – 2 tsp.
  11. Butter – 1 tsp.
Methods of Preparation:
  1. Combine all the vegetables with salt, pepper powder and lemon juice.
  2. Cut bread roll in to equal parts vertically.
  3. Apply 1 tsp of butter on both sides of bread roll. Then apply chilly and tomato sauce on one side and mayonnaise on other side.
  4. Arrange vegetable mix on the top of one bread piece.
  5. Arrange one lettuce leaf on the top of it.
  6. Place another slice of bread with the sauce side facing downwards and press it lightly.
  7. Now our vegetable bread roll sandwich is ready.
  8. Secure it with a tooth pick, Serve immediately. 
  9. Enjoy!!!
