Fish Roast

Fish Roast
      Roast…….We can prepare roast by using egg, chicken, beef, fish etc……..Here I am prepare a verity roast by using fish. Fish roast is a super delicious dish for non-vegetarians. Let’s see how we can prepare this dish……….

 Ingredients:
1.Fish(Milk fish) - 500 gm.
2. Onion -  sliced 1 cup.
3.Ginger- 1 tsp.
4.Garlic - 1 tsp.
5.Greenchillies - 3 nos.
6.Tomato (medium) - 1 nos.
7.Red chilly powder - 1 tsp.
8.Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
9.Coriander powder- ½ tsp.
10.Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp.
10.Lemon juice- 1 tsp.
11.Oil for frying.
12.Curry leaves.

Method of Preparation:

1.Clean the fish and cut them into medium size pieces.
2.Marinate the fish with 1 tsp of red chilly powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger paste ½ tsp., garlic paste 12 tsp.,1/2 tsp. lemon juice and salt for an hour.
3.Shallow fry the fish, till it become light brown colour.
4.Saute onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies, tomatos and curry leaves in the same pan that we used for frying.
5.Add remaining 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and garam masala and coriander powder fry for some more time.
6. Add  ¼ cup of water and allow it to boil, then add the fried fish and salt, if needed.
8. Cook for about 5 mins.
9.Serve hot. Enjoy!!!!
