Banana Pancake

Banana Pancake
I love pancakes. They’re easy to prepare, it really going well with honey, sweet syrups etc. Here i am preparing pancake by using banana,  banana pancakes are totally healthy. Let's see how we can prepare it.

Prep time :10 mins.
Cook time :5 mins
Yield: About 12 pancakes
Ingredients
1.     Ripe banana – 2 large.
2.     Egg – 1.
3.     Refined oil – 2 tbsp.
4.     All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cups.
5.     Sugar – ¼ cup.
6.     Baking Powder – 1 tsp.
7.     Salt – ¼ tsp.
8.     Milk – 1- ½  cup.
9.     Butter / Ghee – 2-3 tbspn.
10.  Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.                                         
Methods of Preparation:
1.In a large bowl, add egg, mashed banana and refined oil.
2.Another bowl mix together with all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3.Transfer the dry mixture which we already prepared to the flour.
4.Add milk little by little and make a lump free batter. Do not over mix.
5.Add vanilla extract and let batter rest for about 5 minutes.
6.Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat. Melt a little butter on the cooking surface, spreading it evenly.
7.Pour the batter onto the griddle or into the frying pan. They are ready to flip when they look a little dry around the edges and start to form little bubbles (about a minute). Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown and the cooked through.
8. Like this prepare all pancake.
9.Serve topped with sliced bananas, honey, butter, or banana syrup. Enjoy!!!!
