Fish Fry Malabar style
     Malabar style Fish Fry is one of the easiest fish preparation. This goes well with rice or chapathi. Let's see how we can prepare it.

Ingredients
  1. Fish Steaks – 500gms.
  2. Ginger paste – 1 tsp.
  3. Garlic paste – 1 tsp.
  4. Shallots – 4-5 nos.
  5. Chilli Powder –1tbsp.
  6. Turmericpowder½tsp.
  7. Pepper Powder- 1tsp.
  8. Curry Leaves
  9. Salt
  10. Lemon juice- 2 tsp.
  11. Coconut Oil.


Method of preparation:
1.Clean the fish pieces.
2.Take ginger paste, garlic paste, shallot paste, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and enough amount of salt. The paste should not be watery. The quantity of the spices can be adjusted depending on your taste
3.Marinate the fish pieces with the ground paste and keep it aside for 30 mins.
4.Heat coconut oil in a pan, and shallow fry fish pieces.
5.Serve hot, Enjoy!!!....
