Vermicelli Cake / Semiya cake / Semiya Kums
     Vermicelli cake/ semiya cake / semiya kums is one of the different cake which we are made.Vermicelli is one of the main ingredients for making this cake. Let’s see how we can prepare it……..

Ingredients:
1.     Vermicelli – 100gms.
2.     Semolina – 2 tsp.
3.     Eggs – 3 nos.
4.     Ghee – 2-3 tabl spoon.
5.     Sugar – 4 tbspn.
6.     All purpose flour- ½ cup.
7.     Baking powder – ½ tsp.
8.     Milk – ¾ cup.
9.     Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp.
10.   Milk Powder – 1 tbspn.

Methods of Preparation:
1. Dry roast vermicelli in a pan, till it turn brown colour.
2. Add milk to it, allow it to cook in low flame for 2-3 mins.
3. Beat 3 eggs together and keep aside.
4. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp. of butter and sugar. Transfer beaten egg to this.
5. Add semolina, all purpose flour and milk powder. Sauté well.
6. Add baking soda and vanilla essence, mix nicely.
7. Transfer cooked vermicelli to it. Mix well. 
8. Pour this mixture in to a greased pan. Sprinkle some vermicelli on the top of it.
9.  Bake it for 30 – 45 mins in 130degree.
10.Allow it to cool, unmold it.
