Vegetable Fried Rice (Indo Chinese)
    Vegetable Fried Rice is an easy and tasty dish. This is the indo- Chinese recipe. Let's see how we can prepare it....................

Serves: 3 people
Ingredients


  1. For the Basic Fried Rice
  2. Basmathi Rice cooked – 3 cups.
  3. Onion- 1 cup.
  4. Bell Pepper – ½ cup.
  5. Green peas – ½ cup.
  6. Green Beans – ½ cup.
  7. Carrots – ½ cup.
  8. Cabbage – ½ cup.
  9. Spring onion – ½ cup.
  10. Garlic – 1 tsp.
  11. Ginger – 1 tsp.
  12. Coriander leaves.
  13. Soy Sauce – 1 tbspn.
  14. Sesame Oil- 2 tbspn.
  15. Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
  16. Salt.
Methods of Preparation:


  1. Cook the basmathi rice (cook about ¾ level until grains are easily separated).
  2. Heat a wok, add the sesame oil, followed by ginger, garlic and green chillies, fry until nice aromas are coming.
  3. Then add onion, bell pepper, green peas, green beans, carrots and cabbage. And stir well.
  4. Now our vegetables are half cooked (vegetables to be cooked but still crunchy), 
  5. Ten add cooked rice to the vegetable mixture. Mix well.
  6. On the top of it sprinkle the coriander leaves, spring onion, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt. Mix gently.
  7. Now our fried rice is ready to serve. Serve with Vegetable Manchurian or any other side dish of your choice.
