Cardamom Water Melon milky Salad |
This is an easy, healthy and tasty water melon
recipe for summer season… You can prepare it by using less number of
ingredients.

- Watermelon – 1 cup, chilled and chopped.
- Watermelon – 2 cup, chilled , Julienne strips.
- Sugar – 3 tbspn.
- Fresh Cardamom pods – 3 nos.
- Chilled Milk – 1 cup.
- Make 2 cups of Julienne strips water melon and keep it aside.
- Make 1 cup of chopped water melon by removing their seeds.
- For making cardamom - watermelon sauce ( shake), place chopped watermelon, sugar, fresh cardamom and chilled milk a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- No need to strain it.
- In a serving glass, arrange julienne strips of water melon.
- Pour cardamom - watermelon sauce ( shake) over it.
- Garnish with watermelon wedges / rind.
- Serve chilled immediately.
