Method of Preparation:
- Take over ripped banana for this recipe. Peel each banana and cut it into thin slices.
- Heat ghee in a pan. In this ghee roast cashew nuts and raisins.
- Transfer sliced bananas to remaining ghee, stir well( at least 3-4 mins.)
- Then add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well and switch off the flame.
- Now our easy and tasty pazham varattiyathe is ready to serve. Serve hot.
