Beetroot Pickle

Beetroot Pickle
    We can prepare pickles by using different items. It may be beef, fish or any other vegetables. Here i am preparing an easy and tasty pickle by using beetroot.... Let's see how we can prepare it.......

Ingredients
1.      Beetroot – 1 medium size.
2.      Green chilly - 5 nos.
3.      Vinegar - 1/4 cup.
4.      Salt to taste. 
Method of  preparation:
1. Cut beetroot into fine cubes.
2. Add green chillies, salt and vinegar. Mix well.
3.Store in a jar. You can use it after one week.
