1. Drumstick leaves / muringa ela – 3 cups.
2. Coconut – ½ cup.
3. Green chillies – 2-4 nos.
4. Garlic 3 – 4 nos.
5. Coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
6. Shallots – 4-5 nos.
7. Water – ½- 1 cup.
8. Salt.

Method of
preparation:
1.Wash drumstick leaves well in water and keep it to drain the excess water off.
2.Grind together grated coconut, shallots, garlic, and green
chillies in a mixer grinder into a coarse form.
3.Take drumstick leaves in a pan, add water and salt, allow
it to boil.
4.Add the grounded mixture and mix well. Cover and cook for
until all water evaporates.
5. Switch of the flame and add 1 tsp. of coconut oil. Mix
well.
6. Serve with rice.
