Wheat Dosa (Gothambu Dosa)
   It is an easy breakfast idea which is prepared by very few ingredients. Which only need 3 ingredients. Let's see how we can prepare it..........

Ingredients
1.     Wheat - 1 cup.
2.     Water – 1 ½ cup.
3.     Salt as required
Method of preparation:
1.Combine wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
2.Add water little by little and make a thick batter. Make sure to stir well so that no lumps are formed.
3.Heat a fry pan.
4.Pour one big ladle of batter in the pan and slightly spread it by a circle movement. Cover the lid.
5.Cook for 1 minute in medium flame.
6.Now our Wheat dosa is ready to serve.
