      Colorful carrots flowers are also important in art of food presentation. Let's see how we can prepare it.

Carrot Flowers

Peel carrot with vegetable peeler.




place on cutting board. Cut off ends with paring knife, discard tops. 



Firmly cut carrots from 4 sides. Cut down firmly and evenly, Push down on the carrot piece and carefully remove it from the base with tip of paring knife. 


Shape it like petals. Now our carrot flowers are ready.
