Egg Pakkavada/ Egg Baji is one of the easiest and tastiest recipe....It is a one of the nice snack. You can prepare it with masala stuffing or not. Here i am preparing egg baji in a simple version. Let's see how we can prepare it....

Ingredients
- Eggs – 4
- Gram flour (Kadala mavu) – 100 gram
- Oil – to fry
- Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Asafoetida powder-1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt
- Garlic – 2 nos.
- Curry Leaves.
- Green Chilly – 2 nos.
- Baking soda- ¼ tsp.
- Water – As reqd
- Boil the eggs, slice into half pieces.
- Take gram flour in a bowl, to this add chiili powder, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, garlic, curry leaves, green chilly, 1 tsp. of oil and salt.
- Grind it well and make a liquid paste. Now our batter is ready
- Dip the slices of egg in the batter and coat it well.
- Heat oil in a pan. transfer the eggs in to hot oil.
- Deep fry both sides until it become brown colour.
- Now our egg baji/ pakkavada are ready to serve. Serve Hot…..
