Kerala Beef Stew / Beef in rich Coconut Gravy |
In Kerala, stew is a mildly spicy
and creamy dish made using potatoes and coconut milk along with other simple
spices. It can be prepared by adding different kinds of meat likebeef, chicken
or mutton. Here I am preparing stew by adding beef. It goes well with appam,
idiyappam, pathiri, chapathi etc.
