Bread coconut roll / Sweet bread roll is one of the easiest and tastiest dish. You can use this as a starter, snack or Iftar Dish in Ramadan. Let's see how we can prepare it....

Ingredients
- Bread slices – 5 nos.
- Milk – 1 cup.
- Sugar – 1 tbspn.
- Cashew nuts – 10 nos.
- Raisin – 10 nos.
- Grated Coconut – ½ cup.
- Ghee – 1 Tbspn.
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp.
- Oil – for frying.

- Preparation of filling: Heat 1 tbspn. Of ghee in a pan, roast cashew nuts and raisins. To this add grated coconut, add sugar and sesame seeds when coconuts becomes fry well.
- Remove the edges of the bread.
- Take a slice of bread and dip it in milk.
- Squeeze the milk from the bread.
- Place 1 tbspn. of filling in the center of the bread.
- Close the edges and roll the bread to your choice.
- Like this prepare all bread rolls and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the bread rolls till they become crisp and golden in color.
- Drain the bread rolls on kitchen tissues to remove excess oil.
- Now our yummy and tasty bread roll is ready to serve.
