Chicken vada........ Vada prepared by using chicken. This is one of the easiest and tastiest dish. You can use this as a starter, snack and also Iftar dish in Ramadan. Let's see how we can prepare it...

Ingredients 
  1.  Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Egg – 1.
  3. Onion - 1 cup
  4. Ginger – 1 tbspn.
  5. Garlic – 1 Tbspn.
  6. Green Chilli – 5 nos.
  7. Garam Masala – 1 Tbspn.
  8. Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  9. Salt.
  10. Curry Leaves.
  11. Oil for deep frying.

 Method of  Preparation:
  1. Clean boneless chicken and cut it into small piecse.
  2. Grind the chicken together with egg, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, garam masala and salt.
  3. Then add grated coconut and mix well.
  4. Take small portions of the chicken mixture, make to balls, flatten them to get the shape of vadas.
  5. Chicken need to get cooked thoroughly, so do not make big sized balls.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it in oil. Cook it in a medium flame.
  7. Remove it from oil, when it becomes golden brown cocour.
  8. Now our chicken vada is ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot,
