Ingredients
- Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
- Egg – 1.
- Onion - 1 cup
- Ginger – 1 tbspn.
- Garlic – 1 Tbspn.
- Green Chilli – 5 nos.
- Garam Masala – 1 Tbspn.
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Salt.
- Curry Leaves.
- Oil for deep frying.

Method of Preparation:
- Clean boneless chicken and cut it into
small piecse.
- Grind the chicken together with egg, onion,
ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, garam masala and salt.
- Then add grated coconut and mix well.
- Take small portions of the chicken mixture,
make to balls, flatten them to get the shape of vadas.
- Chicken need to get cooked thoroughly, so do
not make big sized balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it in oil.
Cook it in a medium flame.
- Remove it from oil, when it becomes golden
brown cocour.
- Now our chicken vada is ready to serve.
- Serve hot,
