Ingredients:
  • Egg – 4 nos.
  • All purpose Flour – 5 tbspn.
  • Milk – ½ cup.
  • Cardomom powder – ½ tsp.
  • Sugar – 5 tbspn.
  • Ghee – 2 tbspn.
  • Cashew nut – 10 nos.
  • Raisins – 10 nos.

Method of Preparation:
  1. Beat 4 eggs in a blender.
  2. To this add all purpose flour, milk, cardomom powder and sugar.
  3. Beat again and make a nice batter.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan, Roast cashew nuts and raisins.
  5. Transfer egg batter to the remaining ghee. 
  6. Decorate with roasted cashew nuts and raisins.
  7. Close the lid and cook it in a low flame. to cook other side, flip it to a plate.
  8. Cut it in to desired shape and serve hot.
  9. Enjoy!!!!
