Ingredients:
  • Instant Oats. - 100 grams (1/4 cup)
  • Sugar – 2 tsp.
  • Milk -  1cup.
  • Ghee.- 1tbspn.
  • Cardamom seeds – 2nos.
  • Water – 1 cups.
  • Salt a pinch ( optional)
  • Cashew nuts – 10 nos.
  • Raisins – 10 nos.
  • Shallots – 1 tbspn. Chopped.

Method of  Preparation :
  1. Take boiled water in a pan. Add oats and boil for 4-5 mints.
  2. Add milk, sugar, cardamom seeds and one pinch of  salt.
  3. Stir well and allow to boil.
  4.  Now our oats milk is ready.
  5.  Heat ghee in a pan, to this add shallots, cashew nuts and raisins.
  6. Pour this over the oats milk we already prepared. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
