Ingredients:
- Instant
Oats. - 100 grams (1/4 cup)
- Sugar – 2
tsp.
- Milk
- 1cup.
- Ghee.-
1tbspn.
- Cardamom seeds
– 2nos.
- Water – 1
cups.
- Salt a
pinch ( optional)
- Cashew
nuts – 10 nos.
- Raisins –
10 nos.
- Shallots
– 1 tbspn. Chopped.

Method
of Preparation :
- Take
boiled water in a pan. Add oats and boil for 4-5 mints.
- Add milk,
sugar, cardamom seeds and one pinch of salt.
- Stir well
and allow to boil.
- Now our
oats milk is ready.
- Heat ghee
in a pan, to this add shallots, cashew nuts and raisins.
- Pour this
over the oats milk we already prepared. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
