Ingredients:
Egg
- 4 no.
Semolina / Rava(Sooji)
- 100 gms.
Ghee
-1 tbspn.
Sugar
- 50 gm
Cashew Nuts – 10 nos.
Raisins
– 10 nos.
Cardamom
Powder – ½ tsp.

Method of preparation:
Heat
semolina in a pan, and keep it aside.
Beat
4 egg in a blender / food processor. Add
sugar and cardamom powder to it, beat it again. Make it fluffy. Transfer
semolina to this and mix well.
Heat
a sauce pan / pressure cooker. When heated pour ghee, rotate the pan. Pour semolina
egg mixture in to it. Cover it, allow it to cook in a very low flame.
Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins after 3-5
mins.
Cook
for half an hour in low flame. ( If you are using pressure cooker, put the lid
on the cooker without weight )
The
batter will come up when it is cooked. Prick in the middle with a kinfe to
check whether it is properly cooked.

Separate
semolina cake from pan by using a spatula. Allow it to cool and cut it to
desired shape.
Now
our easy and tasty semolina cake is ready to serve.
Serve
when it is cooled. Enjoy!!!

Its a very a nice recipe but even when all the steps are followed just as it is i couldnt achieve the fluffiness of the tharipola as you have shown?!! I was totally disappointed to see a flat and hardened semolina cake. If you are adding baking powder then you need to mention it in your videos pls.
