Spiced Butter Milk / Moru vellam is a traditional re freshener.

Ingredients:
1.
Thick curd / butter milk – 1/2cup.
2.
Greenchillies
– 2 – 4 nos.
3.
Ginger – ½ inch piece, finely chopped.
4.
Curry leaves.
5.
Shallots – 2-3 nos.
6.
Salt.
7.
Cold water – 1- 1 ½ cups.
Method of
preparation:

1.Beat the curd for 2 mints with a
spoon.
2. Add all the ingredients to a juicer with ¼- ½ cup of curd
/ butter milk, and grind well.
3. Add the cold water and enough amount of salt. Stir well.
4. Garnish with some curry leaves. Now our tasty sambaram is
ready to serve.
