Custard pudding without egg / Simple Custard Pudding |
Ingredients
Method of Preparation:
- Take a mixing bowl. To this add sugar and custard powder, Mix well. Add ½ cup milk, make a smooth paste without any lumps. Your custard paste is ready.
- Boil 2 ½ cups of milk. .
- Add the custard paste to the milk, stirring continuously until it becomes thick.
- Pour 1 tbspn. of ghee. Mix well and switch off the flame.
- Transfer it to a pudding try. Allow it cool in room temperature, then refrigerate it. It will become more thick when cooled.
- Garnish with fruits or chocolates. Serve Chilled.
