Pineapple Jam |
Jam.......We can prepare any jam. It may be prepared by using a single fruit or combinations of fruits. Here i am explaining how to make a jam by using pineapple. Let's see how to prepare it.

Preparation
Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Ingredients:
1. Pineapple - 1 medium size.( 1liter of juice)
2.Sugar - 2 cups.
3.Lemon yellow food colour - a pinch (optional).
4.Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn.
5.Nutmeg powder – a pinch.
Method of Preparation:
1.Peel and chop pineapple cubes.
2. Take this pineapple to a mixture / blender, and prepare it into a coarse puree.

2.Pour this puree to a large pan.
3. Allow it to boil until it becomes half.
4. The add sugar, Again saute well.
5. Cook it till the sugar is dissolved and get little thick.

5. Then add nutmeg powder,this time you
can
also add food colour ( it is optional).
6.Switch off the flame and allow it
to cool down completely.
7. Add the lemon juice. Mix well.
8. store this jam
in a clean dry glass.
