Pineapple pudding പൈനാപ്പിൾ പുടടിംഗ്

Pineapple pudding
         Tasty, simple and delightful Pineapple pudding is presented in this easy pudding recipe. The pineapple flavor comes by pouring the pineapple mixture on the pudding mold and then topping it with the egg and milk mixture. Bake the pudding and enjoy it chilled.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour.



Ingredients

1. Milk – 1 ½ liter.

2. Pineapples - large sized, chopped.

3. Sugar – 1 cup.
4. Pineapple Essence. ½ tsp.
5. Condensed milk – ½ cup.
6. Boiled rice -2 tsp.
7. Golden lemon colour- 1 pinch. 

 Method of preparation



1.Boil the milk stirring constantly for ½ an hour.
2.Add sugar and stir well.
3.Prepare a mixture by using condensed milk, boiled rice and golden lemon colour.Mix it to milk, suite it well until it become a thick paste.
4.When it becomes thick, add pineapple juice to it, mix well and allow to boil.
6.Add ½ tsp. of pineapple essence to it, mix well.
5. Switch of the flame and allow to cool.
6.Spread the cooked pineapple to a serving bowl.
7.Keep in refrigerator until pudding is done.
