Thenga – Ingi Chammanthi – Biriyani Special
       Biriyani and Thenga Ingi chammanthi……………..Let me share an easy but tasty exclusive Kerala cuisine with you. I  am sure that this dish needs no introduction to a Keralite. Its such a popular dish in Kerala.  This is a nostalgic item for all Keralites.  let me tell you how to make it.

Ingradients:
1.Grated coconut – 1 cup.
2. Ginger –  1 tsp.
3. Green chilles – 2 chopped.
4. Coriander leaves.
5.  Salt to taste.
6. Vinegar – 1 tsp.
Method of Preparation:
1.Take coconut, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt in a blender.
2.Grind it for 1- 2 minutes. No to add water and, no need to make a smooth paste.
3.Add 1 tsp. of vinegar, and mix well.
4.Transfer it to a serving bowl.
5.You can serve it with biriyani.
