Ingredients
1.
Whole wheat (cooked). - 100 gm
2.
Suger - 50 gms.
3. Cardamom seeds – 2-3 no.
4. Milk -250ml.
5. Ghee - 1 tsp.
6. Water
7. Salt.
Methods of Preparation:
1. Cook wheat and allow to
cool.
2. Make a paste by using
cooked wheat, suger, Cardamom seeds and some water.
3. Take a wide pan. Pour
the wheat paste to the pan.
4. Add milk and stir well.
5. Let it boil. Add 1 tsp.
of ghee and switch off the flame.
6. Serve with hot.
