Gobi 65/ Cauliflower 65 
        
      We can prepare wide verities of dishes by using cauliflower. Here I am preparing cauliflower 65 restaurant style. It is truly tempting and enticing. Blanched cauliflower florests nicely coated with a spiced batter and deep fried give you crunchiness. Gobi 65 is a popular appetizer or starter. Let’s see how we can prepare this……

Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower (medium size) - 1.
2. Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp.
3. Garam masala - ½ tsp.
4. Pepper powder - ½ tsp.
5. Chilly paste - 1 tsp.
6. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tsp.
7. Curry leaves chopped - 2 tsp.
8. All purpose flour - 3 tsp.
9. Corn starch - 4 tsp.
10.Salt.
11.Oil for deep fry.

Methods of Preparation:
1. Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 1 minute.
2. Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn starch, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, add water mix it like a thick batter.
3.Tansfer  the cauliflower to this batter. Coat with the mixture to the cauliflower.
4.Deep fry the cauliflower.
5.Also add green chilly and curry leaves deep fried along with cauliflower, this gives a nice flavor to your dish.
6.Serve hot. Enjoy!!!!
