Ingredients:
1.
Thick curd – 1/4cup.
2.
Greenchillies
– 2nos.
3.
Ginger – 1/2inch piece.
4.
Curry leaves.
5.
Salt.
6.
Cold water – 1 cups.
Method of
preparation
1.Beat the curd for 2 mints with a
spoon.
2. Add all the ingredients to a juicer with 1/ cup of water and grind well.
3. Add the cold water and stir well.
4. Now our sambaram is ready to serve.
