Onion Dosa

Onion Dosa
Onion dosa is one of the verity dosa from south india. Let's see how we can prepare it.........

Ingredients  
  1. Raw rice -1 cup
  2. Splitblack gram(Uzhunnu Parippu) - 1/2 cup      
  3. Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp.
  4. Onion - 1 no(finely cubed)
  5. Greeen chilly – 1 finely chopped.
  6. Coriander leaves.
  7. Oil.
  8. Salt.
Methods of Preparation
1. Soak raw rice, fenugreek seeds and split black gram over night.
2. Grind it in a blender till smooth. Allow it to ferment for over night.
3. Heat dosa pan.
4. Pour on ladle the batter on middle of the pan and spread into a thin circle.
5. Gently grease with oil over it.
6. Spread finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
7. Close the lid and cook for a few minutes.
8. Fold it and allow it to crispy in both sides.
9. Like this prepare all dosas.
10.Now our tasty onion dosas are ready. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
