Egg Fried Rice is an easy and tasty dish. This is the indo- Chinese recipe. Let's see how we can prepare it....................

Serves: 3 people
Ingredients
- For the Basic Fried Rice
- Egg – 3 nos.
- Basmathi Rice cooked – 3 cups.
- Onion- 1 cup.
- Bell Pepper – ½ cup.
- Green peas – ½ cup.
- Green Beans – ½ cup.
- Carrots – ½ cup.
- Cabbage – ½ cup.
- Spring onion – ½ cup.
- Garlic – 1 tsp.
- Ginger – 1 tsp.
- Coriander leaves.
- Soy Sauce – 1 tbspn.
- Sesame Oil- 2 tbspn.
- Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
- Salt.
- Cook the basmathi rice (cook about ¾ level until grains are easily separated), set aside to cool naturally
- Heat a wok. Add the sesame oil, followed by ginger and garlic.
- Stir for 5-6 seconds and the minute the aroma starts coming, Add green chillies, onion, bell pepper, green peas, green beans, carrots and cabbage. And stir well.
- Now our vegetables are half cooked, add 3 eggs to it. Mix well and allow it to cook.
- Add cooked rice. Mix gently.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves, spring onion, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt. Mix gently.
- Combine well.
- Now our fried rice is ready to serve. Serve with any side dish.
