Fruit Custard / Mixed Fruit Custard

 Mixed Fruit Custard 
      Mixed Fruit Custard is one of the easiest desserts. It is very tasty and healthy also. You can use different fruits in this custard like banana,apple,pineapple, papaya, musk melon, chikoos, pomegranate, pear, Kiwi, grapes(seedless), strawberry etc… Go ahead and prepare it……

Ingredients:

  1. Vanilla flavored Custard powder - 2 tbsp
  2. Milk - 2 ½  cups
  3. Sugar -50 grams or as required
  4. Mixed fruits - (Banana,apple,pineapple, papaya, musk melon, chikoo/sapodilla, pomegranate, pear, Kiwi, grapes(seedless), strawberry etc). Do not add watermelon as it oozes water.
Method of Preparation:
  1. Mix 2 tbsp of Vanilla custard powder with some warm milk and make a smooth paste without any lumps. Now your custard paste is ready.
  2. Boil 2 ½  cups of milk.  .
  3. Pour the custard paste we already prepared and enough amount of sugar to it the milk,  stirring continuously until it becomes thick. 
  4. Allow it cool to become room temperature, then refrigerate it. It will become more thick when cooled.
  5. Cut fruits of your choice. You can use any seasonal fruits or mixed fruits like banana,apple,pineapple, papaya, musk melon, chikoo/sapodilla, pomegranate, pear, Kiwi, grapes(seedless), strawberry etc.
  6. Arrange the fruits in a bowl or cup and pour cold custard on top of it.
  7. Now our mixed fruit custard is ready to serve. Serve Chilled.
  8. Enjoy!!!

Note –

         Mix fruits to custard only before serving.
