Ingredients: 
  • Dates - 15    nos.
  • Cashew Nuts - 15    nos.
  • Maida / All purpose flour -  ¾    cup
  • Rice Flour -  2 tbsp
  • Sugar -  2 tbspn.
  • Baking soda – ½ tsp.
  • Oil for frying.

Method of Preparation:
  1. Take maida in a bowl. To this add rice flour, sugar and baking soda.  Make a smooth thick batter by adding enough water.
  2. Make a slit on one side of the date, remove the seed of it and replace with cashew nuts.
  3. Dip each dates in the batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry it until they become golden brown color.
  5. Transfer it to kitchen tissue.
  6. Now our easy and tasty dates fritters is ready to serve.
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
