Ingredients:
Ripe Mangoes – 2 large.
Condensed milk – 1 cup.
Sugar - ½ cup.
Milk – 1  cup.
Gelatin – 1 packet.
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp.
For decorating:
Chopped mango – 1 cup.
Raisins – 100 gms.
Dates – 10 nos. sliced.

Method of  Preparation:
  1. Take gelatin in a bowl. Pour boiling water and dissolve it by continuous stirring.
  2.  Take a blender, transfer cut mango pieces to it. Make a smooth paste by adding sugar and milk.
  3. Transfer this puree to a mixing bowl. Add vanilla essence, condensed milk and dissolved gelatin and stir to dissolve.
  4. Now our pudding mixture is ready.
  5. Pour this mixture into dessert bowls or cups and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled by garnish with chopped mango, raisins and dates. Enjoy !!!!
