Vendakka Mezhukkupuratti / Ladies Finger /Okra / Bhindi Stir fry |

Ingredients
- Ladies Finger / Okra / Vendakka – 2 cups.
- Coconut oil – 2 Tbspn.
- Whole red chilly – 4 nos.
- Curry leaves.
- Green chillies - 3-4 Nos (Split length-wise)
- Onions - 1 cup, sliced.
- Salt.

Method of Preparation:
- Cut ladies finger into 1 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Roast whole red chilly, curry leaves, sliced onion, green chillies and enough amount of salt, saute till soft.
- Then transfer chopped ladies finger/ vendakka and salt. Then mix it nicely.
- Cover the lid and cook for about 10-15 minutes in a low flame. Do stir in between.
- If its becoming very sticky, then add 1/2 tsp of oil and mix nicely.
- Now our tasty vendakka mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve. Serve hot with rice, enjoy!!!!
